Stripey
(With us for 3 months from February 09) 
Stripey came to us with a serious leg injury after his owners couldn’t afford the necessary vets bills for surgery to pin his broken humerus.  Stripey then came into our care at Willow Farm while the injury healed—Stripey then needed a second operation to remove the pin.
Stripey of course enjoyed all the tender love and care we provide, and despite his injury and discomfort, he has always been a very sweet-natured fellow, if slightly mischievous! 
The good news is that Stripey — or Barnie as he is now named — has recovered very well, and he was adopted by one of our volunteers.
